Fire Protection

- Fire Panel is monitored by the Resort Operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Sprinkler system throughout entire Hotel (guest rooms, hallways, meeting rooms, public areas).
- Hard wired smoke detectors throughout entire Hotel (hallways, meeting rooms, public areas).
- Portable fire extinguishers (at marked locations).
- Fire alarms, visual (strobes) & audible fire alarms located throughout building.
- Elevator recall activation for fire alarms (descends to a safe floor).
- Hotel conforms to local and state fire and safety laws.
- Hotel complies with Hotel & Motel Fire Safety Act.

Evacuation

- Walkways and signs are well lit and free from obstacles.
- Emergency escape routes are posted on every guest room door.
- All stairwells are free from obstacles. All stairwell & exit signs are well lit.
- The hotel utilizes a Public Address (PA) System to communicate to all areas of hotel in an emergency.
- Hotel has written Emergency Evacuation Plan.
- Hotel staff trained annually in Emergency Procedures.
- Evacuation drills are conducted annually with hotel staff.
- Hotel is equipped with an emergency power generator for back-up lighting.
- All stairways and elevators are equipped with Braille signage.

Guest Room Safety/Security Features

- All guest room doors are equipped with electronic locking device, peephole viewers, 1-inch deadbolt
  lock, and a secondary locking device (latch).
- All guest room doors automatically lock when closed by deadbolt.
- All guest room phones have autodial emergency numbers posted.
- Strict guest room key issuance policy in effect including photo ID upon check-in.
- All guest rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, sprinklers (visual strobes & audio available
  in all guest rooms).

Security

- Hotel employees are uniformed, in-house, full-service security department – 24hrs day /
7 days a week.
- All Security staff members are trained in CPR and First Aid.
- All Security staff members are equipped with two-way radios.
- Upgraded CCTV system in use.
- Upgraded alarm system in use.
- Strict key control procedures in effect.
- Safe Deposit boxes are provided to all guests free of charge. Available 24hrs day / 7 days a week.
Safes are available in all guestrooms.
- Access to building restricted “after-hours.” All ground floor stairwell doors are secured and locked
at 11:00 pm daily.
- TDD / TTY phones in Security Dispatch and Communications Offices.
- Hotel complies with ADA guidelines.
- Parking facility is well lit.
- Refresher training for all employees is ongoing.
